The registration procedure comprises of the following steps:
1. Register yourself on the Russia's Weather Server.
You will select your login and password.
2. Register yourself with DEMOS-Internet Company..
If you are already client of DEMOS-Internet Company, skip this step.
Otherwise, upon registration you will receive administrative login and password
in the DEMOS-Internet billing system.
3. Deposit money to your account in the DEMOS-Internet billing system.
Upon registration with the DEMOS-Internet Company, you open a personal account
to perform payment for various information services of the Company. You may also use this
account to pay for weather forecasts from Russia's Weather Server.
To get access to paid services, you should make an advance payment. See details
on the DEMOS-Internet Company site
4. Authorize charging to your account in DEMOS-Internet billing system.
Now, that you are already customer of DEMOS-Internet billing system, and you have deposited
money to your account, you should subscribe to access to weather forecasts. At that moment,
you will be asked for your login with the Russia's Weather Server (selected
in step 1 above). Within 1 day from this moment you will be granted online access
to weather forecast on Russia's Weather Server.
